BRECO-ATN-system
The ATN system timing belt, especially designed for transport technology, can be best described by the motto 'Flexibility as standard'. Fast fitting and replacement of the manufactured profiles is ensured due to the exchangeable profile-fastening system in the belt tooth. In this manner, the ATN system permits the transport of various goods with only one timing belt.
Our delivery range of ATN timing belts is complemented by an extensive range of accessories: parts and screws of various materials for the most varied application fields and the ATN timing belt lock in different configurations. Individually-produced profiles for push-on or screw-fitting are included with the system together with pulleys and bed plates for reliable belt guidance.

The location of the V-groove is only symmetrical in the 50 mm wide belt for technical production reasons. In the 75 and 100 mm wide belts it is located between the 1st and 2nd shape for the inset parts (see figure). Therefore, the location of the V-groove is to be considered when mounting the pulley and the flights. The shapes for the inset parts are factory sealed with an approx. 0.2 mm thick TPU skin. Open these shapes to inset the profile fastenings. If you want the timing belt pierced, please inform your responsible distribution partner about the required spacing C when ordering. The shortest longitudinal spacing of the shapes in the belt tooth corresponds with pitch.
