The tensile cord is made of high-strength polyester rope with high stretch treatment. Suitable for high-horsepower transmission, it has excellent performance such as heat resistance, oil resistance, flame retardance, and antistatic (electrical resistance value has passed the U.S. RMA standard).
When maintenance is difficult, the Red Label V-belts offer superior durability even under harsh conditions.

Constituent Materials

Cover fabric:It is highly elastic, can easily bend and stretch during belt rotation, and has strong resistance to abrasion.
Tensile cord:It is the central part of belt strength and power transmission. In order to fully satisfy this role, the tensile cord with high tensile strength, low elongation, and high resistance to bending fatigue is used.
Compression rubber:It has excellent durability by using a compounded rubber that is less deformed under high load and has a high degree of flexibility.
